Sophia Kailis LLB BA GAICD is an experienced commercial lawyer and director based in Perth, Western Australia.

Working within the partner-level national law firm Keypoint Law, Sophia provides clear and effective legal advice tailored to suit the valued clients she supports. With a strong focus on business advisory, she is passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes aligned to her clients’ core needs.

In addition to her legal practice, Sophia provides independent board representation. Her experience extends to foundational executive directorships and non-executive positions in both for-profit and non-profit organisations.

Sophia holds graduate qualifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia.
